  • Product Lifecycle: Help lead the product lifecycle, alongside the CTO, from initial ideation and requirements gathering to garnering pilot customers, implementation, and market launch.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and internal experts, to ensure product alignment with business objectives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyse complex data sets to inform product decisions, prioritize features, and demonstrate commercial value.
  • Customer Focus: Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product strategies.
  • Project Leadership: Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and commitment to excellence.

About You

  • Proven experience in the Aviation, Operational Health & Safety, Print Management, Education or Energy sector.
  • Have excellent knowledge with AI concepts, applications, and trends, with an understanding of how AI can transform B2B workflows and efficiencies.
  • Have excellent commercial acumen to develop and execute strategies that deliver business value. You should have brought at least one commercial product or feature built with AI successfully to market.
  • Prior experience in developing software products through all stages of the lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, and commercialisation.
  • Strong ability to analyse data and market trends to make informed product decisions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Willing to travel for occasional face-to-face meetings.
  • Preferred: A strong network within your domain sector (Aviation, Operational Health & Safety, Print Management, Education or Energy).
