About the Role

Avallonn is looking for a Fractional Attorney to work closely with the CEO. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic growing team. In this role there will be a mix of in-house legal work, aiding the CEO in legal strategy, selling to law firm partners, and negotiating with law firms and litigation financiers we are contracting with.

This is a contract position at 20 +/- hours a week. You can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Your Day to Day

• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, particularly in financial and litigation contexts
• Experience with developing legal portfolios

About You

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership in good standing
• Significant experience in corporate law, particularly with litigation, finance, or securities law
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, especially in high-stakes settings
• You have the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Knowledge of regulatory environments related to financial crimes, class actions, and litigation finance
