Responsibilities
- Develop program identities that interpret our core brand to resonate with specific audiences. Bring conceptual thinking and storytelling to brand design development.
- Partner with Growth to rapidly produce in-app advertising assets.
- Partner with Field Marketing to understand their evolving needs and deliver quick turn-around requests for physical banners and collateral while identifying opportunities for self-service tools and templates.
- Develop and execute a templatable look and feel for infographics, ebooks, and reports.
- Bring an exceptional eye for design, details, and a genuine love for the craft. Be willing to push yourself and others in the pursuit of quality.
- Steward stakeholders through a design process. Question briefs and push back or work through adaptations.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to brainstorm and develop integrated marketing concepts that extend across channels
- Be an active voice on our team, challenging solutions and advocating for the brand
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams
- Experience creating detailed specifications and working with vendors for physical production
- Ability to self-guide and project manage with minimal direction
- Good communication skills and ability to embrace feedback and pivot accordingly
- Proficiency in Adobe CS, Figma
- Experience illustrating and/or art directing illustrators
- Located in the Bay Area or NYC
