Role Description

We are hiring a Product Designer to join our team and help shape the future of Sei’s ecosystem. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating seamless, user-focused designs that drive product goals and enhance customer experience. You’ll work closely with teams across product, engineering, marketing, and developer relations to ensure that Sei’s products are built for ease of use and scaled for mass adoption in web3.

‍Responsibilities

• Lead product design from 0 to 1, while collaborating cross functionally across our product, engineering, marketing and developer relations teams.
• Design product flows to create a seamless customer experience - this entails UI UX design for all customer segments.
• Alongside product managers, come up with product goals and lead product direction.
• All the above should be with the focus of ensuring each Sei product is targetted towards scaling mass adoption, especially via ease of use.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience, with a minimum of 1 year spent in web 3.
• Keen eye for design and good visuals.
• Experienced in creating prototypes and presenting product flows to leadership, tech and growth teams.
