About Us
We're building a new kind of healthcare service that bridges the gap between getting discharged from a medical facility and receiving followup care.
We launched in January, across 15 facilities in NY and NJ.
Our medical practice + technology offering has treated thousands of patients so far, reducing the chance of patients being re-admitted to the emergency room or medical facility by 70%.
We've just closed our seed round, including prominent angels like Bill Ackman, and have our eyes set on a nationwide expansion.
About the Work
Until now we've acquired our customers through relationships we have with individual partners like emergency rooms, surgeons, etc. All based on the network of our founders.
We're looking for a Fractional CMO to help us reach more patients in a strategic way. We need to get ourselves in front of patients at the moment they are being discharged. How can you do that?
Specifically, you'll:
- Set the strategic direction of all our marketing efforts, and execute on that strategy with hands-on work
- Forge new and bigger partnerships with providers
- Create effective direct-to-consumer strategies, including but not limited to a performance marketing strategy
- Work most closely with our co-founder, who heads up the business
We're looking to compensate this role with a combination of cash + equity, we want you to have some skin in the game with us.
About You
You should meet all of the following criteria:
- Significant healthcare experience - you must understand the complexities of the healthcare system like the back of your hand
- If you don't know these concepts well, it won't be a fit (just to name a few)
- The patient / payer / provider relationship
- Value-based care
- Transitional Care Management
- If you don't know these concepts well, it won't be a fit (just to name a few)
- You've led marketing for healthcare brands, growing the brand from $0 to $millions in revenue
- You have significant consumer healthcare marketing experience, and preferably some B2B too
- You must be based in the USA
