About Us
We're FullEnrich, a software company that makes it easy for businesses and sales organizations to increase revenue by finding the right company and contact data for their B2B prospects.
While our Headquarters is split between Paris, France & San Francisco, we're fully remote, giving our team the freedom to work from anywhere.
We're growing fast, and we don't rely on VC money to stay afloat.
- Profitable company → No unreasonable hypergrowth followed by mass layoffs.
- Achieving 20% monthly growth → Not boring either
- A growing client base of 1,000+, including AWS, Shopify, and Brevo.
- Highly satisfied customers (4.8/5 on G2).
We're looking for
A Product Designer to join our team remotely (full-time or part-time for experienced freelancers). You'll be working on a product that thousands of B2B professionals use daily, where design plays a crucial role in converting visitors into happy customers.
You have:
- At least 3 years of experience in product design, with significant experience in B2B SaaS products
- Sharp eye for detail in UI design: you can spot the blur amount of a drop shadow just by looking at it
- User Experience Design: Transform complex business workflows into intuitive user experiences
- Experience with no-code tools (Framer, Webflow, or similar) - if you don't know Framer specifically, don't worry, it's easy to learn
- Professional proficiency in English
Bonus Points for:
- Experience with coding
- Organized user tests and iterating based on feedback
- Experience working directly with customer support to understand user pain points
- Use product analytics software & session recording tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude) to confirm/infirm product design hypothesis
What's in it for you
- Design-First Product Development: Work directly with Greg (co-founder/product), who understands that design isn't just about how it looks, but fundamentally about how it works
- End-to-End Impact: Own the entire user journey from landing pages to product features - we treat our website as part of the product team's scope, optimizing the path to user activation
- Real User Impact: Your work will be used by thousands of users daily, with direct feedback through our #customer-love Slack channel
- Pragmatic Design Culture: We believe in choosing the right tool for the job - sometimes that means extensive user testing for high-risk features, other times it means shipping fast and learning from real usage
Responsibilities
- Design Intuitive Interfaces: Create simple, effective solutions for complex B2B workflows
- Infuse your artistic touch into the company: Beautiful design drives great business, and it's the little things that give interfaces a soul. You'll be there at the beginning, so you'll have a long-lasting impact
- Drive Product Decisions: Use a combination of user research, analytics, and design expertise to inform product direction
- Iterate & Improve: Continuously refine designs based on user feedback and usage data
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and with product to align on strategy
- Design & Implement Landing Pages & Website: Ensure a polished, cohesive design across the website by improving existing pages and creating new ones as the product evolves. You’ll be responsible for crafting a visually consistent experience while I handle the copy and structure.
- Design Side Quest (Optional): As the main designer on the team, you’ll have the chance to take on fun, creative projects—whether it’s designing custom socks for the team, creating a store for branded swag, or anything else that brings personality to our brand.
