Role Description

We are seeking attorneys with at least six (6+) years of experience in a sophisticated corporate law practice with a focus on startup, venture capital, and emerging company representation for a senior counsel role. Candidates must have stellar academic credentials and references, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills, math and Excel skills, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships. This role entails direct contact with both partners and clients and is a great opportunity for an individual looking for a firm that offers remote work and a flexible schedule, honors work-life balance, and helps to expand legal skills. This role can be fractional or full-time, offering flexibility for the right candidate. CA bar admission is required.

Compensation Details

The base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the type of position (fractional or full-time), the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance.
