Psynergic Digital (DramaLlama) is a next-generation platform combining streaming, social media, and fandom—built for fans of LGBTQ+ Asian romance dramas. We’re not just another streaming service. We’re creating a space where fans don’t sit alone binging content—they watch together, chat in real time, connect through forums, join watch parties, and even interact directly with actors and creators. It’s entertainment as community. With over 13,000 YouTube followers, early traction from our beta launch, and a team of passionate volunteers, DramaLlama is building the future of fan-powered storytelling—and we’re just getting started.

What You’ll Do

• Develop a lightweight, scalable growth strategy for user acquisition and fan engagement
• Identify and test high-impact channels (influencer marketing, partnerships, grassroots fan loops, etc.)
• Guide a team of 7–8 volunteer growth contributors, turning passion into performance
• Set up early reporting infrastructure and growth metrics
• Advise on brand positioning, launch planning, and monetization experiments

Who You Are

• 5–10+ years in growth, marketing, or user acquisition—ideally at early-stage startups or creator/fandom-focused platforms
• Fluent in community-led growth, digital content ecosystems, or niche media audiences
• Comfortable leading strategy but also jumping into lightweight ops when needed
• Bonus: You have personal or professional ties to queer media, Asian entertainment, or fandom culture
