We're building an AI to help large enterprises better understand and improve their supply chains, from avoiding disruptions to finding cost savings.

We're venture-backed with current clients in the Fortune 500, and millions of dollars in contract value in our pipeline.

About the Work

As we pitch larger enterprises, we're beginning to hit roadblocks with their internal IT / compliance teams via questionnaires, audits, and more. In particular, clients are very skeptical of AI software.

We're looking for a Fractional CISO to embed into our team and help us navigate these complex security conversations, while also advising our team on security best practices.

Specifically, you'll:

• Work with our CEO on client-facing matters, helping us navigate challenging security compliance conversations
  • You'll be asked to join calls throughout the work week
• Advise our engineering team on security-related work that will help us move through the approval process more quickly
• Help us answer those lengthy questionnaires!
• We're also in the early days of SOC-2 compliance and could use help navigating this as well

Tech Stack:

• Web application: React + Node (Typescript), Postgres + a graph DB + Snowflake, Algolia
• AI service: Python + OpenAI (we're not building our own models yet)
• AWS but moving to GCP

About You

You should meet all of the following criteria:

• Have served in security leadership positions at tech startups as a CISO or equivalent
• Equally experienced at navigating small startups as you are large enterprises
• Extremely comfortable and experienced on client-facing calls
• Highly technical, very familiar with our tech stack
• Up-to-date and experienced with AI security best practices
