We care, we're honest, and we hustle—that's what makes us Clutch. Clutch is looking for a Fractional HR/Talent Partner on behalf of their agency client.
Your Role
As our Fractional Talent Partner, you'll be the strategic link between our agency and our retainer staffing agency. You'll drive talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we have the right people in the right roles at the right time, while fostering a strong partnership with our external staffing provider. This is a hybrid role with an expectation to be on-site 2 days a week.
Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Planning:
- Collaborate with agency leadership to define talent needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
- Forecast hiring requirements and proactively build talent pipelines.
Staffing Agency Collaboration:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the agency and the retainer staffing agency.
- Communicate hiring needs, provide feedback on candidate profiles, and ensure alignment on recruitment strategies.
- Monitor the performance of the staffing agency and ensure they meet agreed-upon service levels.
- Negotiate and manage staffing agency contracts and agreements.
Candidate Management:
- Oversee the candidate screening and interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates.
- Manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes.
Talent Pipeline Development:
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Network with industry professionals and attend industry events to identify potential candidates.
Recruitment Metrics & Reporting
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular reports to agency leadership on recruitment progress and performance.
Onboarding Support:
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within a marketing/advertising agency environment.
- Experience working with and managing external staffing agencies.
- Strong understanding of marketing/advertising roles and skill sets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
