About Us
We're a women's fashion brand designed for the surf, yoga, and beach lifestyle. Think swimwear, surfwear, and activewear.
- We do about $2MM annual revenue
- AOV of $150
- Targeting Gen-Z/Millenial women in USA and Australia
About the Work
All of our paid media is being run by our CEO. Although it's performing very well, it's become too time consuming. We're looking to hire a Fractional Paid Media Lead to take over the execution work, collaborating closely with our CEO on strategy.
Specifically, you'll:
- Manage $3K - $4K in daily ad spend, with the goal to increase that (profitably) to $10K / day by early next year
- Manage everything in our Meta Ads account, and expand us to Google Ads, Tiktok Ads, Pinterest, Youtube Shorts, etc.
- Conduct content analyses and brief our content creation team weekly on what's performing and what isn't
- Manage our daily P&L report that tracks profit and spend
- Significantly increase the amount of testing we're doing
- Work closely with our CEO on strategy. The goal is to do more of what's working, and expand our capabilities from there
About You
You should meet all of the following criteria:
- Significant experience running paid ads for any of the following D2C e-commerce industries:
- Swimwear, activewear, or fashion more broadly
- Skincare / health / beauty / wellness
- E-commerce products that target Gen-Z and Millennial women
- Meta Ads expert - you know Meta Ads, and all of it's technical details, like the back of your hand
- Additional execution experience with Google Ads & Tiktok Ads is important but not strictly required
- Strong content analysis skills, and experience working with creative/content teams
- Ideally based in Southern California, though willing to consider other US-based locations
