We're building sales compensation and planning software for B2B businesses, leveraging AI.

We automate key processes including commissions, revenue planning / forecasting, calculating deal unit economics, and more. (Things that are typically still done in spreadsheets.)

Backed by Village Global and other notable investors, too.

About the Work

We're looking for a Fractional Product Design Lead to level-up our design efforts going forward, on about 5 - 10 hrs / week (we're flexible based on the candidate).

Specifically, you'll:

• Establish the right design system for our needs
• Translate feedback from our Sales calls into improved designs
• Help us think through the right AI workflows for our product
• Work most closely with the CEO (a former PM)

About You

You should meet all the following criteria:

• You live and breathe B2B product design. Workflows, dashboards, systems-thinnking, etc.
• You've worked in complex industries that sell to enterprises like fintech, health, HR, insurance, and plenty of others
• You're familiar with Sales concepts like commissions, revenue forecasting, etc.
• You work USA time zone hours
