About Us
We're building an advanced data syncing product that allows for two-way, real-time syncing between different tools like Airtable, Salesforce, Postgres, Notion, and many more.
We're backed by YCombinator, with clients like Ramp, Webflow, Descript, etc.
About the Work
Our existing Fractional Product Designer is going on leave, and we're looking for someone to take the reigns while they're gone, pushing forward on new features across our core app experience.
Specifically, you'll:
- Design new features like an analytics dashboard or an alerts system
- Design more advanced technical features like support for new tools (e.g. Postgres), or multi-record syncing functionality
- Move at startup speed to synthesize insights and discovery work into Figma mockups quickly
- Work directly with our engineering team to iterate on designs as they're being built
- Expect daily checkins each morning syncing up with the team, along with heads-down time
- We heavily use Gather.town as our virtual office, which you'll be expected to present for.
About You
You should meet all of the following criteria:
- Significant experience designing beautiful B2B SaaS products
- If your portfolio doesn't clearly show this, it won't be a fit
- Plenty of early-stage startup experience working on small teams, (even better if the only designer)
- You're extremely comfortable across UX and UI
- You're somewhat technical - you don't need to code, but you do need to know technical concepts (e.g. database structures)
- If you've designed software for data tools, dev tools, no-code tools or other technical products, that's a huge plus
- You can be based anywhere, but we expect a few hours of overlap per day with PST (west coast USA)
How To Get In Touch
Hit that "Request Intro" button below
- Include a link to your portfolio WITH password (if there is one)
- A brief intro note that clearly addresses:
- The B2B SaaS products you've designed
- Something that demonstrates your technical acumen
- Any prior work designing data tools, dev tools, no-code, etc. software
If we think there's a fit, we'll reach out to schedule an intro call. Looking forward!
