About the Work

We've grown tremendously over the last few years and our Operations team still relies on a lot of manual processes to manage our network of agents, and deliver successful outcomes for our clients. Many of their workflows live outside our core software, and we want to change that. We're looking for a Fractional Senior PM to help us discover the right improvements. Then build, buy, or license the right solutions to make our Operations team significantly more efficient.

Specifically, you'll:

• Conduct discovery work on the entire Operations team's journey
  • This will involve user research and prototyping
• Identify the most important workflows to build into our app experience
• Draft the necessary PRDs and user stories, and communicate with stakeholders
• Work most closely with our Group PM, our Operations Managers, and Operations leadership

About You

You should meet all of the following criteria:

• 8+ years as a PM
• Strong B2B tech startup background
• Index very highly on product discovery, user research, UX, and workflow design
• Meaningful work building workflow-based enterprise products, internal tooling, operations dashboards, etc.
• You are within EST time zones, +/- 3 hours
• Prior marketplace experience would be a big plus
