About Us
We're building a marketplace that helps public sector organizations buy technology solutions.
We're seed-stage funded, with hundreds of government customers buying software through our marketplace today.
About the Work
We're growing our team from 3 to ~10 people in the next few months and need help finding the right talent. We're looking for a Fractional Senior Recruiter to help us execute our hiring plan and build a strong pipeline of candidates.
Specifically, you'll:
- Get to know our business and goals as an embedded member of our team (albeit part-time)
- Develop the hiring plans for our upcoming roles like:
- A few engineers
- Various growth / marketing roles
- Various operations roles
- a Chief of Staff
- Provide guidance on process and ATS setup
- Manage JDs, sourcing, screening, scheduling, etc.
- Work most closely with our CEO
About You
You MUST have:
- Held senior-level recruiting roles, in-house, and for early-stage tech startups
- Generalist recruiting experience across all major function areas
- engineers to marketers and everything in between
- Experience owning the full recruiting cycle, end-to-end
- Can be embedded into our team as an individual
- If you're an agency or an outside recruiter that works on contingency fees, we won't be the right fit for you
