What you'll be working on
- Redesign of a complex legacy enterprise learning platform
- Create design system from ground up
- Create brand new system component library
- Complete redesign of learner facing and admin facing experience and pages
Responsibilities
- Gathering design requirements from stakeholders
- Create design system and component library
- Creating concepts, mockups, prototypes and production-ready designs
- Ensuring designs are intuitive, accessible and optimized for desired outcomes
- Testing designs with end users and iterating based on feedback
Requirements
This is a highly complex enterprise learning platform that has been around for 8 years and is in need of a design refresh. We are looking for a designer who has the seniority and experience to lead a complete redesign of the entire platform. This person should have experience working with platforms that have complex business logic and be able to transform a legacy product into an intuitive and modern experience.
We're looking for someone we can work with long term and who can dedicate at least 20 hours a week to start.
