Role Description
We are seeking a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in a consulting capacity to evaluate our current marketing efforts, uncover growth opportunities, and partner with leadership to craft strategies that elevate our brand and scale the business. Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Assessment and Strategy:
- Evaluate current marketing programs, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend actionable strategies for growth.
- Collaborative Strategic Leadership:
- Work closely with senior leadership and internal teams to develop and implement marketing initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
- Brand Positioning and Messaging:
- Refine and optimize brand positioning to effectively differentiate our company within the marketplace and resonate with target audiences.
- Digital Marketing Management:
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including content strategy, social media, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, and email marketing campaigns.
- Performance Analytics and Insights:
- Utilize market research, analytics, and customer insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Collaborate effectively with sales, product, and healthcare delivery teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven senior-level marketing leadership experience, ideally in healthcare, wellness, telehealth, or related industries.
- Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth and customer engagement.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data-driven insights to enhance marketing performance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to foster collaboration and inspire teams.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards and regulatory guidelines related to marketing preferred.
