Through expert guidance in creative writing, opportunities for artistic expression, and a focus on improving mental health, we cultivate a community that prioritizes joy, self-expression, and holistic well-being. This integrated approach to addressing trauma empowers our girls to heal, excel, and become positive contributors to the Louisville community.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Fractional Chief Operations Officer to take the reins on operations, bringing structure, efficiency, and clarity to our growing organization. This part-time, 3-month position (approx. 20 hours per month) is ideal for a strategic and detail-oriented leader who can streamline processes and support the mission of 300FOR300.
Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Assess and refine current systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Set priorities, establish processes, and create an actionable roadmap for sustainability.
- Team & Partner Coordination: Improve communication between internal team members and external stakeholders.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices to enhance productivity.
- Accountability & Metrics: Develop simple tracking and reporting systems to measure success and ensure transparency.
- Executive Support: Work closely with the founder to provide strategic insights and operational guidance.
Who You Are
- A seasoned operations professional with experience in startups, nonprofits, or mission-driven organizations.
- A structured thinker who can create order and implement effective systems.
- A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in fast-paced environments.
- A collaborative leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Someone with prior fractional or consulting experience (preferred but not required).
Commitment & Compensation
- 3-month contract (with potential for extension)
- 20 hours per month (flexible schedule)
- Compensation based on experience
