NICKLpass seeks an experienced and proven Chief Revenue Officer to spearhead its go-to-market strategy and to take ownership of Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for developing targeted strategies, defining success metrics, driving qualified leads, building relationships and building revenue. The CRO will have the opportunity to be a key part of the executive team.
The ideal candidate possesses a mature understanding of sales to premium brands, deep sector knowledge, and media and SaaS sales experience.
This job will be part-time, with a possibility of full-time status. Salary range will be prorated based on agreed hours of work.
Responsibilities:
- Create a blueprint for success
- Define clear and measurable metrics for winning a targeted segment
- Manage and maintain an accurate sales forecast.
- Draft and optimize brand plans, case studies, and presentations for potential accounts.
- Lead initiatives in consultative sales, with aimed progression to relational sales.
- Manage projects with front-end engineering work, like landing pages.
- Create a marketing structure and sales procedures.
- Nurture sales relationships from lead acquisition to sale closure.
Minimum qualifications:
- Experience in media and SaaS sales
- Experience in target sectors (communications professionals & consumer financial services).
- Familiarity with executing sales processes successfully.
- Proven work experience as a VP of Sales or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods for news/publishing companies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Pipedrive, HubSpot, or other CRMs.
- Ability to adapt easily to an evolving business landscape and can manage priorities in a fast-paced - environment.
