About Us
We are a growing NYC-based hospitality brand - a coffeeshop by day, bar by night. We have two locations, with a recently opened flagship location in Long Island City.
We build community through warm hospitality, with quality coffee, an ever rotating craft beer selection and a robust events program.
About the Work
We're looking for a Fractional Marketing Lead to own our marketing function.
What is the most effective way to go after our audience? You tell us.
Specifically, you'll:
- Start with a holistic audit of our brand, our retail locations, and any comparable businesses
- Develop a strategy to reach our audience, driving more foot traffic, more events, and more eCommerce sales
- Leverage our newsletter
- Organic socials
- Paid socials
- PR placements
- NYC influencer partnerships
- And anything else you think will be effective
- Be responsible for the hands-on execution of that strategy
About You
You're a senior marketing generalist with significant experience in brick & mortar retail
You're a great fit if you meet all the following:
- You MUST be NYC-area based, and willing to work in a hybrid fashion, coming to our location/office in Long Island City occasionally
- 8+ years marketing experience
- Your focus area includes the F&B industry, ideally working with restaurant groups. At a minimum, you need significant B&M retail experience
- You've worked with early-stage companies, driving results with low budgets
- This is NOT your first fractional job. You know how to balance clients and can be effective on 10 hrs / week
