Position Overview

We are seeking a Fractional Chief Operating and Project Manager to partner with Dr. Huberty and the Fit Minded team. In this role, you will play a dual role as a strategic operator and project manager, turning vision into reality, overseeing daily operations, driving key projects, and optimizing processes to accelerate the company's growth during an exciting, pivotal phase.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and Execution
  Partner with the CEO to translate high-level goals into actionable strategies, aligning operational and project plans with the company's mission and vision.
• Operational and Project Leadership
  Lead both operational functions and critical company projects, ensuring seamless execution of tasks, optimization of resources, and achievement of goals.
• Project Management
  Oversee project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables align with strategic objectives. Foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Team and Culture Development
  Build and nurture a high-performance, collaborative team environment by mentoring staff, supporting professional development, and cultivating a positive workplace culture.
• Business Development and Partnerships
  Actively contribute to thought leadership, cultivate client relationships, and identify new business opportunities to support the company's growth.
• Performance Management
  Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPls) for both operations and projects to evaluate progress and ensure accountability.
• Financial Oversight
  Collaborate with the fractional CFO to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning, ensuring alignment with both operational and project needs.
• Technology and Systems Management
  Implement and manage innovative technology solutions to streamline operations, improve project workflows, and enhance overall organizational efficiency.
• Compliance and Risk Management
  Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements while developing policies to mitigate risks and protect the organization.
• Scalability and Growth Strategy
  Design and execute scalable systems, processes, and project frameworks to support Fit Minded's expansion while maintaining operational excellence.
