Role Description

At EasyLlama, the fractional VP of Marketing will drive our marketing transformation by refining our brand positioning and amplifying our thought leadership to become a leading voice in the compliance training industry. This role offers the opportunity to shape our marketing strategy through data-driven insights, optimize lead generation efforts, and collaborate closely with sales to achieve meaningful business impact. This is a fractional opportunity, with a 2 to 3 day per week investment.

Responsibilities

• Audit current marketing strategy and execution including messaging, positioning, channels, and collaboration with Sales
• Refine EasyLlama's brand positioning to clearly communicate our value proposition to target audiences.
• Create and implement a thought leadership strategy that positions EasyLlama as a leader in the compliance training industry.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across various platforms.
• Refine and optimize EasyLlama’s lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads and support sales goals.
• Review key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish reporting on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.
• Meet with the current marketing team to assess performance, identify strengths, and address areas for improvement
