About Us
Hydroh Bottle is a fast-scaling e-commerce brand generating a forecasted eight figures in annual revenue. We are in the health and wellness category and our brand is on the leading front of the benefits of hydrogen water. As we prepare for continued growth and an eventual exit, we’re looking for a Fractional COO to bring operational excellence, optimize systems, and ensure a smooth-running business.
This role is very specific and we need a strong operator that is well-versed in e-commerce, hiring/headhunting, and systems building for efficiency. You will work closely alongside us (the founders) to develop scalable systems, improve our team performance, ensure efficient supply chain management and more.
Responsibilities
- Building & Optimizing Systems – Develop and refine operational systems to make them seamless, scalable, and easy to transition upon exit.
- Team Communication & Management – Act as the primary point of contact for our team, ensuring alignment, accountability, and goal execution.
- Hiring & Headhunting – One of the most critical aspects of this role. You will source, recruit, and onboard top talent across key business functions, ensuring we have an A+ team.
- Supply Chain & Inventory Management – Oversee product sourcing, supplier communication, and inventory levels to prevent stockouts and optimize cash flow.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting – Create and maintain systems for tracking key business metrics and performance and compile them into reports for strategic decision-making.
Experience
- 2-5+ years of experience in an operations leadership role (COO, Head of Ops, or similar) in e-commerce/dtc brands (Shopify, Amazon, or DTC brands required).
- Strong expertise in hiring & headhunting – You’ve successfully built and led high-performing teams.
- Proven track record of building and optimizing operational systems that improve efficiency.
- Experience in supply chain, fulfillment, and inventory management.
- Skilled in data tracking, reporting, and using spreadsheets/tools for performance analysis.
- Excellent communicator and leader – you drive accountability and performance across remote teams.
