About Us
We're a membership-based community and events business for high performers. Think former pro athletes, successful founders, and more.
Our event series is focused on building connections through sports, and health & wellness. Tickets are typically in the $5K - $10K range.
We're founded by two former NHL athletes.
About the Work
Our event series is off to a great start, but we need the help of someone who can lead our growth into a true membership community. We're looking for a Fractional Marketing Lead who can both create the right strategy for our growth, and also handle all the execution work.
Specifically, you'll:
- Set the strategy for how we can grow our events business into a full-fledged paid membership community
- What's the right value prop for our paid community, both online and virtual?
- What's the right pricing strategy?
- Own all things digital marketing
- Implement the right CRM
- Measure and improve our conversion funnel
- Manage our emails / newsletter
- Set up landing pages for new events
- Create the strategy for a content machine (may involve bringing in content help)
- Wear an Operations hat to help us make our back-office more efficient
- You'll work most closely with our founders, and our Events Planner
About You
You should meet all of the following criteria:
- You've led Marketing for online, B2C brands
- Significant email marketing, content marketing, paid media experience
- Prior experience building community / membership businesses
- You're capable of executing in the weeds
- If you're afraid to write email copy and send newsletters, this won't be the right fit
