Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Specialist with a strong background in the B2B sector and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) experience. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional content creation skills, and a proven track record in managing social media platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the B2B sector.
- Create compelling and relevant content for various channels, including social media, blogs, whitepapers, flyers, handouts, website, and case studies.
- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Assist with the planning and execution of events.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and OEM partnerships.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing and trade shows.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using analytics tools to measure ROI and KPIs.
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and best practices, especially in the B2B and OEM sectors.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on OEM partnerships.
- Proven ability to create engaging content and manage social media accounts.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
