About Us
We've built an awesome lead gen tool for permanent life insurance agencies. Permanent life insurance is one of the last types of insurance that is still sold primarily via cold-calling. Our goal is to empower life insurance agencies with the tools they need to move beyond the cold-call.
We've recently closed our first client, with several more in the pipeline.
About the Work
We want to own lead gen for our clients, and that includes top-of-funnel via paid media. We're looking for a Fractionl Paid Media Lead to own this strategy across all the clients we work with.
Specifically, you'll:
- Create, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and more
- Manage paid ad budgets of $1K - $25K / month per client
- Work with our creative designer (or a designer of your choice based on needs) to develop all ad creative
- Interface with clients directly
- Work most closely with our founder / CEO
About You
You should meet all the following criteria:
- 5+ years as a paid media specialist, specifically with Meta and Google
- Experience in hyper-competitive ad markets (where many competitors are bidding on keywords, etc.)
- Meaningful B2C experience
- Comfortable working USA hours (but can be based anywhere)
Some major pluses:
- Prior insurance experience
- Media agency experience
- Experience with other industries with similar dynamics: selling to real estate brokers, financial advisors, etc. Insurance agents are very similar.
