About Us

We're a Series-A funded sports betting startup with a strong community focus.

About the Work

We're looking for a Fractional Performance Marketing Lead to own all things paid media, driving installs for our iOS app.

Specifically, you'll:

Set our paid media strategy across all channels: Google, Facebook/Instagram, Tiktok, Snapchat, Twitter
Manage up to $1 million in monthly spend
Be responsible for executing the strategy too, via ad buys
Work with our graphic designer and content creation team for creative production
Own our quarterly metrics for app installs
Negotiate deals with influencers for affiliate marketing

NOTE: This is a fractional role that we expect to be about 20 hrs / week, but we're very open to converting this into a full-time role in the future as we scale.

About You

You live and breathe performance marketing!

You should meet all the following criteria:

Experience buying ads across all major channels (Google, Meta, Tiktok, Snapchat, Twitter)
Have worked with influencers on affiliate deals
Can drive iOS app installs and can point to results from your past work
AppsFlyer expert
Been doing performance marketing for 7+ years, with a focus on early stage startups
You are consumer focused, if your focus is B2B we won't be the right fit
You have prior sports betting, sports community, gambling, or gaming experience

NOTE: You should also be open to the idea of converting full-time if the relationship is going well. If you have no interest in ever being full-time, we won't be the right fit for you.
