About Us
We partner with non-technical founders of early stage startups to build their software products. Our founder also makes investments into about 90% of the clients we work with.
We're typically working with 8 - 10 clients at a time, with average deal sizes around $200K / year.
About the Work
To date our founder has been responsible for lead gen, qualification, through deal close. We're now looking for a Fractional Principal Account Exec to own our sales pipeline end-to-end, expand our reach, and free up our founder to focus on other initiatives.
Specifically, you'll:
- Qualify leads and make recommendations on who we should partner with
- This includes evaluating leads from an investment standpoint too
- Develop new partnerships in the venture capital and startup ecosystem
- Create a proper Sales playbook and process, with a focus on proper metrics tracking
- e.g. conversion rates, etc.
- Work closely with our team on thought leadership that appeals to non-technical founders
About You
You MUST have:
- 8+ years Sales experience
- You've owned sales pipelines for products/services selling to early-stage startups
- Ideally you've sold to founders directly
- You are hands-on. You are not above doing cold outreach yourself
- If you're looking to manage a team of salespeople, we are not the right fit for you
- Strong understanding of pre-seed / seed stage funding dynamics. Maybe you've:
- Worked on the investment team at a VC firm
- Former founder
- Based in USA, Canada, or Mexico (Eastern / Central times preferred)

- Software development agency experience
