Job description

We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee the operations of our creative design agency on a part-time / fractional basis. In this role, you will focus on sales, project management, and operational strategies to enhance client relationships, boost revenue growth, and streamline overall performance. The expected engagement is approximately 10-15 hours per week or aligned with major project milestones.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales, project management, and contractor coordination, ensuring best practices are implemented.
  • Offer recommendations to improve client relationships and increase revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with the internal leadership team to set departmental goals and KRAs, monitoring them through regular check-ins.
  • Develop action plans for operational efficiency and implement improved systems and processes.
  • Oversee key milestones and budgets, ensuring deliverables remain on time and within scope.
  • Offer periodic market analyses to inform high-level strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience in a marketing agency or creative design agency setting.
  • Demonstrated success advising or overseeing cross-functional teams at a senior level, notable with Sales, Project Management, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills suitable for a consulting environment.
  • Proven ability to quickly assess agency operations, identify opportunities, and implement strategic plans in a flexible engagement model.
